ruakiFucking long ass fics. Sha spent over 6 hours yesterday betaing the the final part of that stupid ChikaNari one-shot and the poor thing only got halfway through. I had to adjust my plans for my other projects cause we'll be finishing up the rest of the beta today and that looks like it'll be another 6. And god knows what other things Sha could be doing instead of haranguing with me about whether or not X word means what I think it means or roo, how the hell does Y occur when Z is going on and maybe you should stick to art and not the written word? (Well okay, not that last one so much... XD)
2 days! Then. VACATION!
57% story complete in SenBasa3. I'm probably nearing 200 hours now. That 100 hours title happened a while ago... I can't believe how much is in this game! There's only 38 stages, but I never really get tired of them cause each character plays different which alters the strategies used, not mention each stage has special secret goals to accomplish. All characters have up to 2 or more paths to play in story mode and there's a cast of 16, with 8 that needs to be unlocked. @_@ A single path can take up to 3 hours to finish. For the OCD, there's getting all the bodyguards, getting all the weapons or accessories, getting all the fugitives FOR ALL THE FUCKING CHARACTERS, and getting the trophies/titles. Y-yeah... my life has disappeared into this game orz...
(I also really get constantly surprised by how nice this game looks on the Wii compared to the other Wii games I own. I've never seen the PS3 version which everyone says is graphically superior, but I sometimes get surprised by the fact that I'm playing my Wii.)
As I was telling Jon, one thing that amuses me is that if you move out of, say, the slash area of the SenBasa fandom, you start running into certain fanboys in addition to some other fanboys, of the Koei type. Then the wank between the two starts to flow as they circle jerk each other off, screaming about how their historically inaccurate hack 'n slash series is better than that other historically inaccurate hack 'n slash series.
Guys. GUYS. Listen to the fujoshi this time. Porn does indeed stop people from going out and hurting each other. Hell, in a gesture of ecumenicism, the fangirls have even written porn crossing the two series! Take that!
